Accessible parking
There are 2 accessible parking spaces in Piazza Signorelli, 1 in Piazza Franciolini and 2 more in Piazza del Duomo.

Ticket office 
Please ask our staff all the information you need, we will be pleased to help all of our visitors.

Access to galleries 
Access to galleries on level 2 is possible with a lift that is wheelchair accessible, these galleries (from 16 to 23 and from 26 to 29) are all accessible.
Galleries with no lift or level access at present: room 15 on level 1, room 24 and 25 on level 3 are only accessible trough stairs.
Rooms from 1 to 14 on level -1 and -2 are accessible with a lift, please ask our staff for assistance.

Toilets
View the location of accessible toilet and baby changing area on the latest Museum map, or take a copy of our paper map at the ticket office.
An accessible toilet is available on level -2, other toilets can be found on level -1 where you also find the baby changing area and on level 2.

Seating
There are some seats for our visitors in selected galleries.

Our free audio guide can be always downloaded to learn more about the Museum and the Archaeological Park.
